Baked Macaroni and Cheese




  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare macaroni and cheese in large pot as directed on package (make sure to use any notes for doubling the recipe).
  3. While macaroni is cooking, place butter into a microwave-safe dish and cook on high until melted. Add crumbs into melted butter one tablespoon at a time and mix well. Keep adding crumbs until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  4. When macaroni is done according to directions on the box, Stir in milk and mozzarella into pot with macaroni.
  5. Spoon macaroni mix into lightly-greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Spread the butter-crumb topping evently over the top of the macaroni. Place baking dish into the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until heated through.
