Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg
and garlic in a bowl.
- Shape meat into 12 meatballs and place on a foil-lined 15x10
baking sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through and no pink
remains.
