Chicken Enchiladas




  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Mix chicken, peppers, cream cheese and 0.25 cup salsa in saucepan. Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas. Place tortillas seam-side-down in baking dish. Set aside.
  3. Cook cheese product and milk in saucepan on low heat until cheese is completed melted, stirring frequently. Pour over enchiladas. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining salsa.
