Easy Chicken Marsala




  1. In a shallow dish or bowl, mix flour salt, pepper and oregano. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, making sure to coat all surfaces equally.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat. Place chicken in the pan and lightly brown. Turn chicken over and add mushrooms and garlic. Pour in wine and sherry. Cover skillet and reduce heat to simmer.
  3. After a 5 minute simmer, uncover, flip chicken, and recover. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
